Couldn't get this to work. I tried calling customer service but couldn't get through without signing up and paying the annual fee.

Do not buy a neat scanner if you have a MAC. I need to use some workarounds that I am scanning over time. It has made my life more challenging - not less!

I didn't have it installed on 2 different computers. It shouldn't be that hard. Don't waste your money, I don't know why I did it. terrible product.

First, the scanner is the only good part of the system. It works very well and is of excellent quality. However, when it came to tax time, it was utterly useless and a huge waste of time and money. It's impossible to get a report or edit a receipt without crashing the entire system. I would rather use Evernote and do everything manually.

Items that are very difficult to scan. I find it easier to use my phone and the Neat app. The actual application software appears to be outdated. I love using this software to organize my receipts, but Neat needs to up its compatibility game. Not the easiest to use, buggy at times. When I create a new file from my phone, it doesn't always show up in my laptop app.

If I could give less than one star I would rate the product as completely useless, apparently Microsoft Windows released an update in January that marks decent software as corrupted or invalid, They don't even download the software to get a decent receipt scanner working. It's useless. I can not help it. I have contacted the company and they are trying to work on a solution but to date it is still not working

What a disappointment. Firstly, the program took about 6 hours to download, which would have allowed me to organize most of the receipts. Every time I sit down to scan more receipts it takes a while because you have to indicate where you want them to be. Again, I can manually clean up my receipts and waste time waiting for me to do so. By the way, did I mention that there are no instructions for the cleaner? Again, all the time I spend tidying up, half of my spreadsheet is already created by…

I will not recommend this product to my worst enemy. The scanner is ok if you need a scanner. However, the software is very weak. Maybe 1 out of 10 accounts is correct. Some will be fine after 2 or 3 scans. Some require up to 10 scans before they are correct. Some never do. The scanned image is good, but the results, the total amount of the bill paid, even the name on the bill are almost never correct. ALL THESE INVOICES WERE FROM THE SAME COMPANY, WITH VERY CLEAR AND READABLE INVOICES. Imagine
