Does the job at a fraction of the price of other brands! They work just as well as the big Snap On/Matco/Mac/Cornwell for less money. I have a Mac set of long handled pliers and they work just as well. Save some money!

It's been about 2 years since I bought it but still felt I needed to check it out. Although I don't need these pliers very often. I have to say they are invaluable when I really need them! If you work on cars often, they should be in your toolbox. The quality is very good, but as I said, in certain situations there is simply no alternative to these pliers. The price is also very fair.

Shipping and packaging is top notch and fast. It was difficult to remove the yoke on my upper water hose, long handled curved pliers could get into the tight space and loosen the yoke which my other needle nose could not. The construction of the instrument looks very high quality. I don't know how often I need these pliers, but when I need them, I have them now. If you are looking for a long handle needle nose then you will love this set.

After weeks of trying to get a similar Blue Point set and the local trucker being a big bum, I got this set overnight as a last resort. I'm glad I did, saved loads of money and found a new brand of tools that I love! The fit and finish on them is excellent. They are great for accessing hard-to-reach wires and fasteners on long hydraulic drives. I have recommended them to several other traders since using them and they are one of my most loaned tools in the shop!

For $20, they arrived quickly, in a roll-up case, and did the job. Cheap plastic handles, slightly crooked teeth and I'm not sure about the design but they did their job and you just have to buy cheap and if they break then much better. This means that this tool is so important to you or your work that it is not just a quick purchase but an investment. For that reason and for the price it's 5 stars, they are totally flawed.

They looked like a great replacement for my current set of pliers but the set I received looks slightly used if not just dirty. You might think that when you buy something new it's clean and pristine, but these looked a bit used as they came in a sealed plastic bag. Even the suitcase they came in looked like it had seen at least one garage floor as it had skid marks on it. new product as the article claims.

The build quality was terrible and one of the pliers (straight needle) arrived pre-installed with corrosion. I came back after seeing them and bought another more expensive brand. I would assume they would work fine for casual use but they don't fit and don't match a quality tool. The cheeks were asymmetrical, with gaps and rough finishing. I never thought I would need to use them so much until I bought this set. Different angles are very useful for different tasks. These are thick and hard. They feel good in the hand, open and close well and offer excellent grip on many things. They're great for the first set before you realize just how much better Knipex can be.
