I used a star to assemble an office chair. Everything went well for the first few hours and I was very happy with my purchase. The bit then broke when she inserted a screw into the chair, she couldn't even get the screen all the way in so there wasn't much stress on it. This is just a cheap product that I will be returning. Don't waste your money, get a better quality set.

Already had a set of security bits but they are much shorter. Given the type of equipment you disassemble, many of them have long recessed holes that require a very long nozzle. These beats work great. I particularly like that some of the smaller bits have a thinner shank than others, making it easier to access the screw head when it's countersunk. I have uploaded some customer pictures to give more details on what exactly you are getting.

My old Craftsman 20v drill charger had a small fan, you can see it was used with 3D printers where the bearing or bushing is broken. Although I had some 1" security bits, they couldn't reach the security screw heads in the deep countersunk holes in the case when the bit was inserted into the screwdriver handle. These longer bits were perfect for this case and can also be used when the security screw is not as deep as in my particular charger.

Sorry but I miss you! My first bit was removing a screw from a standard LCD TV. How does a hardened steel bit get chewed up by a very poor quality screw? I haven't used the other one yet as I only bought it for limited use. I'm wondering if I can use them for something other than a piece of soft cork wood if they break?
