The product has been working for us since 1999, we have seen it evolve from simple tools into complex ones with many different features available today! This software allows you manage your network equipment by integrating all devices together allowing remote management of them as well using one console or even mobile apps (Android/iOS). I like how easy it was for me as an end user of this product, to be able to set up my VPN through our firewall without much hassle or knowledge required from myself/my network administrator. It has saved us time by having all devices connect directly into one place instead of going around several other firewalls we would have had otherwise. I like how they work with us closely, so we can see our systems grow together as it makes sense for both parties. They have been easy going when implementing new features or enhancements to make what we were looking for easier and more user friendly! Their customer service has not had any issues thus far which i am very pleased about because you never know if your account rep will be helpful.
