It can be used for any kind of integration like data, voice or video etc with different OS platforms easily as it has most advance API's available which makes it easy even if you have basic knowledge about APIs' we can use this product without having expert level skills.

No dislikes I found so far but its always good when you get something new from such an advanced software provider. We were looking at integrating our systems with customer facing applications where they would call us through their IVR (Interactive Voice Response) application while doing business transaction over IP phone connection. This allowed them to talk directly via chat window and also see each other face-to-face during meetings instead of using traditional conference room technology setup.
