New Ballance continues to lower the cost of its product

I've been wearing these shoes for about a week and the tread is already wearing off. My ASICS (which I've run 300+ miles in) and my Merrills (which I've run 400+ miles in) still have most of their tread. It's sad that New Ballance continues to make their product cheaper. They'll make good shoes for gardening... a few more weeks. 🤷‍♂️

    Pros
    • So comfortable. Fits exactly as expected. Great tread for running outdoors. (I have wider feet than the average person)
    Cons
    • Difficult to crack - takes a long time to get comfortable

    In my opinion too small

I've always worn a size 12 at New Balance. I need it big but this one doesn't fit exactly. I have to use extra socks.! These shoes are a half size too small and I suppose a half size up would be great.

    Pros
    • I need a big one, but this one doesn't fit exactly. I need extra socks.
    Cons
    • very uncomfortable after wearing it for a day, haven't worn it since

    Overall good shoes: my rating

Basically they fit. The box for the fingers was too small so sent it back. If you have flintstone feet, they won't fit you.

    Pros
    • I mainly use these shoes for running and everyday wear, they are on par with more expensive boots.
    Cons
    • Don't buy, you'll get blisters on your heels if you wear them for a while or try to walk.

    Fantastic landing! in my rating

It's hard to find shoes in 4E that seem made for me, and then I find these! Fantastic shoe, ideal for walking and trail running. The only complaint is that the sole needs better arch support, but that's an easy fix. Highly recommended.

    Pros
    • Nice looking shoes and fit very well. Lightweight and just very well built.
    Cons
    • Too narrow - uncomfortable for wide feet.

    High back cuts the leg

The rear end is very high and stiff The first sneaker that ever hit the Achilles tendon NB is now full of junk made in Asia Never again

    Pros
    • wear them
    Cons
    • x-wide ordered. The landing was not wide and even seemed particularly narrow.

Solid product is the best in my rating

It was one of the most versatile shoes I've ever owned. It's great for everyday use as well as a lightweight trail running/hiking shoe. I'll take another pair. I've had this pair of shoes for about three months and they are breaking in perfectly. Fits exactly what you expect from the size. I've been on a few hikes and the tread is great for muddy/rocky trails. As runners, they're great on dirt roads, but on sidewalks the pad is a bit flimsy and will hit your knees after a while. All in all…

    Pros
    • Good looking
    Cons
    • Low wear resistance - shoes wear out quickly.

Not great - my new review

I'm usually very happy with New Balance shoes. However, these squeak constantly and the front toe protection is already peeling off. Really disappointed in these.

    Pros
    • a light weight
    Cons
    • Demaciado grande la talla

I love these shoes: my review

I bought these shoes in 2021. These shoes are very light, the letter N glows in the dark, which was a pleasant surprise. I use them for running, they are light and airy and work great for me in California. I came back to buy them in December 2022 and they are $96. I paid $39.99 for the first pair.

    Pros
    • When I travel, I might take one less pair of shoes with me. They have the same profile as my golf shoes so I'll use them for that.
    Cons
    • These shoes suck, they are very uncomfortable and hurt

Excellent trainer for sports and training

I use them for soccer training, they are very good, enough profile for grass training. This is my third pair. Thanks for attention.

    Pros
    • Only buy New Balance
    Cons
    • Small cup on the heel - someone feels uncomfortable

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Amazing my rating

These shoes are of good quality. Looks great, very comfortable, good profile. I played a dozen rounds of disc golf with them, the edges of the soles were a bit torn, but that's part of the sport. I'll probably buy a few more

    Pros
    • I run them 20 miles a week. They fit my wide feet perfectly.
    Cons
    • The left slipper began to come loose

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Decent shoes but small pillow

Pros: good profile, good fit, "toe protection" also prevents shoes from getting wet when walking on grass with morning dew. Cons: Virtually no depreciation. It's fine for a few hours of hiking, but I wouldn't run in it.

    Pros
    • Great shoes, great fit, just wish they had more color choices
    Cons
    • Lower quality materials than other New Balance running shoes.

Great shoes, bad fit! Is the second pair too small?

My size is usually 11, need a little bit more? Ordered for 11 1/2 isn't enough? Ordered 12, still think it's still too small, tried to order more, only offered a refund?

    Pros
    • much comfort
    Cons
    • True to size - sizes vary greatly between pairs

Design flaws - my new review

I was addicted to buying this terrible 5 star shoe. I think it's my fault. The back of the collar tapers upwards and merges into the Achilles tendon. I'm not sure what this is supposed to accomplish, to be honest. does it look cool Maybe the shoes are tighter on the foot? However, what it manages to do is pierce my Achilles tendon with every step I take. The first start was painful. I figured I might have to stop them so I endured it for a week leaving my skin blistered and calloused. The pain…

    Pros
    • Work
    Cons
    • Poor quality laces, often untied.

Rubbing the back of my husband's ankles

The backs of my husband's ankles snapped from these shoes. He wants to try again, but I'm very disappointed. He's on his feet a lot.

    Pros
    • Just great looking shoes and a great price and they come in a wide range.
    Cons
    • Cheap Materials - Shoes feel flimsy and cheap.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Worst shoes I've ever bought

I've been wearing New Balance sneakers for about 35 years. That's the first thing that disappointed me. The shoes are cheaply made, without cushioning, it is very uncomfortable to walk in them. Not comfortable at all.

    Pros
    • Torn toe
    Cons
    • High price - not worth the cost of the quality received

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

Not the best design from New Balances.

The heel digs into the ankle and the sole is very comfortable. It's light, but feels like they sacrificed comfort for the weight.

    Pros
    • Fits good
    Cons
    • Just fine, do not repeat

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Shoe comfort - my new rating

I only use this shoe for training and I have some issues with the tongue feeling wide and very thin so it flexes when I put the shoe on and rubs against the top of the foot when unfolded. So I have to work on my tongue every time I wear these shoes.

    Pros
    • Fresh Foam technology provides superior cushioning for a smoother ride.
    Cons
    • Not waterproof - feet will get wet in rainy weather.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Great shoes good for me

My son wears 4E shoes so I was worried they might not be wide enough but they were perfect. He loves them and so far they are holding up very well.

    Pros
    • Additional heel cushioning provides extra support and cushioning while running.
    Cons
    • Poor color choice - unattractive and limited choice

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews.

I am a New Balance fan and bought 3 pairs of Fresh Foam models. So I was very disappointed when I received them and found that they are in no way comparable. Simply put, they appear to be a cheap basement model. The tongue is unpadded, thin and flexible. Thin keyword - a feeling that each facet is made as thin and cheap as possible. There's also the issue of shaping the outsole on the heel, which has a 1/8-inch black rubber lug. This appears to be part of the design but feels like an invitation

    Pros
    • The product was exactly as described and good value. good value
    Cons
    • Husband said they were tight. Ratio for New Balance

    The perfect shoe for work

I started training for the US Army this year and I knew I needed to practice walking. I only had a few months to train before I left and my previous shoes were removed. When you get into a base workout they force you to buy one of their shoes so I didn't want to spend too much money on a shoe I'll only be wearing for three months but I have a cleft shin in the past so have I needed good, well-cushioned shoes. This shoe was perfect. They fit like a glove, were very light compared to other cheap…

    Pros
    • Artificial sole
    Cons
    • No instructions
