Highly recommend this item. It's super strong and comfortable. This is a replacement for an inferior model that has only served 3 months in our restaurant. It's also very easy to clean. Just buy this one and look no further.

I bought a 1/2 inch sweet potato cutter. It's a good thing I have a 1/2" as it's not easy to pull through. I cut them in half and put the pointed end forward and found that it works great with a good smooth pull. If I finish without pulling it all the way through the potato sticks then it's a struggle.I tossed the fries with some avocado oil, placed them on a quarter of a baking sheet and baked at 350 F convection oven for just over 30 minutes.It came out perfect.I like how the entire cutter…

When you buy a catering item, you expect it to be hygienic. It's a psychological thing. I received a 'new' item that was stained with previously chopped onions. The benefit of the doubt tells me this was a quality control "test" sheet. But if it passed quality control, why am I still seeing parts of it on the cutter?
