Inferior Quality - Do Not Recommend

This milling accessory was a complete letdown for me. As an industrial and scientific professional, I performed multiple tests with this product and found it to be extremely subpar. The tool easily dulls and produces rough finishes. However, the only positive aspect is its affordability. In the end, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the cutting tools industry. Invest in a higher quality product for better results.

Pros
  • Produces high-quality finishes on a variety of materials, including steels, stainless steels, cast iron, and non-ferrous materials.
Cons
  • May require frequent sharpening due to the uncoated design, leading to increased replacement costs over time.

smooth cutting!

I use this end mill in a 1/4" straight grinder to cut aluminum tools. It is a very smooth cutting end mill partly due to the high helical nature. It is very easy to work by hand and make very easy cuts If my hands were stronger I could probably make much deeper cuts while still being able to make a DOC of around 0.25-0.5mm and hand feed around 20mm/s .

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No productivity
