Six months in, the unit just would not brew; I contacted customer service and they sent me a new base, at a shipping cost of nearly $30 (ridiculous). I paid it because I love the brewer that much. On the whole this is a really good coffeemaker. I have come to conclusion there is no such thing as a perfect one, after trying many and reading reviews, and looking at features.Love the showerhead on this one as the grounds are totally saturated and maximized. I mix coffees to get the taste we like. This coffee maker is just what we needed. After using the water tank, I can remove the lid to allow it to dry. I can also remove the used coffee grounds and leave the lid open to allow the filter and lid to dry. The coffee brews hot and on time. It has an aroma worth enjoying. Great coffee maker.

This coffee maker can make over 60 ounces of great quality coffee. It has a delay feature which is perfect for people like me who hate mornings. You set it up before you go to bed and it's ready when you wake up. No muss, no fuss. It's easy to clean and easy to use. Comes with a mesh filter but you can always use paper ones if you prefer. well worth the cost.

I did way too much research and ended up on this guy here. It is just super well designed all around. It has an intuitive layout, looks nice, feels sturdy and makes great coffee. It's the features of a mochamaster at 1/4 the price basically. I've been using it every day for a month now and I'm very impressed with it.

I like this brewer. The carafe is the best I've ever had. Easy pour and doesn't drip! Removable water tank is convenient to take over to the faucet but it's heavy if you fill with 10-12 cups. I want to start off saying this coffee maker has made the richest and most flavorful coffee I’ve had in a long time. I was using just a crappy $20 coffee maker from Walmart.With that said I want to point out a few flaws. There’s no way to select the amount of cups you want to brew. Let’s say the reservoir is full at 12 cups. But you only want to brew 6-8 cups of that. Best coffee pot I have had in years. The last was a Black and Decker. It always dripped and made a mess if you got coffee before finished. The Ninja is perfect no drips easy to clean and brewing is fast and makes wonderful coffee. I especially love the warm burner. I gave this 4 star instead of a 5 star review even though I love this coffee pot. What I did not like is the fact that I cut my finger when cleaning the coffee pot. Under the top rim on the inside of this pot is very sharp and you need to be careful when cleaning it. The lid is sometime difficult to get on but I can live with this.
