🐾 Nite Ize PetLit LED Collar Light Review

I was very happy to receive this in the mail. I put it on an LED and it was so bright! It was delicious. BUT after 10 minutes walk you could see the light. Well, back to the flashlight. Oh, and when the company emailed me to write a good review, I emailed back to let them know before posting. 5 days ago. Let them know about the problem. They didn't answer.

This is my second purchase after losing another with a collar that fell off and was then accidentally destroyed by a lawn mower. I've read reviews complaining about the dim light. What to expect, the dog carries a flashlight to see where he's going? At night there is enough light to see which is why it is called night time. It helps me to know where my dog is at night and that's all I need.

This lantern isn't very big and maybe not as durable as some other pet lanterns so I gave it four stars! He shines well. Instead of pressing it, you have to twist the light to turn it on, which isn't that easy. It's nice that it doesn't turn itself on and drain the battery, but I prefer the ones that compress to turn on. It is attractive and good lighting for small dogs when they are walking in the dark. For my large dogs I prefer something else.
