Type of review

It should be noted that this is an older version of this flashlight, circa 2018. No idea why it's here is still for sale. However, it's still very good and cheaper than the current model, which is slightly smaller and has better battery life. The front light gives the impression of very high-quality materials and construction. It's bright enough, but don't expect 900 lumens unless you're ready to fully charge it in an hour. The rear light is very visible, even in daylight it looks great. It…

BRIGHT value! for sports

These are the best flashlights I have ever owned. Performance Bikes sells the NR 950/100 lumens for $120. The average car lamp has 650 lumens. I love bright and well focused lighting! Single click/low, double click/medium, triple click and you're in Kansas, Dorothy! 700 lumens! Hold for 2 seconds and 900 lumens will scare God out of hiding. The headlight is heavy but strong. Like a stone. The taillight has so many light pattern options that I just say thank you to the one that pushes the button

  • Easy setup

Doesn't even work with accessories

I bought these lights to have good lighting for city cycling at night. The tail light works great (and works right out of the box) but doesn't blink (my bad). The headlight didn't work out of the box so I figured it needed charging. i loaded it The light above is blue. When I went to use this morning it wouldn't turn on. Also, I lost the rear bracket somewhere in town. The binding rubber stretches just enough to keep the binding taut. However, if you hit a bump, the front mount will move and…

NiteRider quality through and through

I have used other Lumina lights with light output and this continues the excellent quality of the NiteRider. Their mounts are interchangeable so this works with my old mount (which rotates) which is my preference. The tail light is superb, well made and durable (based on several similar ones I already own). What made me make this purchase was the excellent price. Didn't really need it but for such a high quality set it's good to have in case a friend needs a light. They also make great compact…

good headlight, bad headlight bracket

I bought it for the third time because I really liked the headlight. But what good is a headlight if you keep losing it because of a poorly designed headlight bracket? The first two times I lost the headlight I thought it was because I hadn't properly snapped it onto the bracket. As soon as I realized everyone had fallen off I went back to find him but he was already gone! I couldn't afford to keep swapping out this flashlight no matter how bright it was or how long it took to charge, so I…

C+ front light; A Taillight

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase as I feel it is a good value for the money. Both lights work as advertised and give me (most of the time) the light I was looking for on my very early morning or very late night drives. I bike all the time, live and work in the suburbs, and the drivers here are notoriously distracted and inattentive. The front light in particular has a great mount, better than I expected. Holds up well to my oddly shaped handlebars. My C+ rating is based on two issues…
