These are as described. They are 1/16" inch thick, 6 x 6" rubber (neoporen) pads. They are black in color and come separated by thin paper sheets to prevent blocking (sticking together). The pads are somewhat flexible. I'd call them a bit stiff but whilst you can't really fold them in half they are flexible enough for most household purposes. I wanted to store harsh solvents in some of those clamping-style glass jars, but they were destroying the natural-rubber rings that keep the lids sealed. Since nitrile/NBR is much more resistant to chemicals than natural rubber, i thought i could use these sheets to make my own replacement rings. Very skeptical as to if they would really hold my furniture from sliding on the hardwood floor. Yes they lived up to the reviews. I’ve tried numerous products and nothing has come close to actually working and not damaging the floor.
