Easy to install and works great. As mentioned, I had to remove the insulator from the outlet to turn on the charger. No big deal and only took a few minutes to remove/cut off. Great price and now they fit just right when I plug in my charger.

My wife's car had a different fork, she could hardly see the fork, it broke, so I replaced it with this one. I had to do some sizing and cutting but she came in and got bigger, it was easier for her to see and I can put a marker in the kit so she gets it right! She puts it in the shed, it's not very bright inside. I've also installed better lighting.

I replaced an old broken socket and charging handle devices for golf carts EZGO /plug with this one. It was a lot cheaper than the Ezgo brand and works great. I had to remove one of the insulators from the brass part of the new outlet to match my old one in order for the charger to turn on. Very easy to do. I was very happy with the design of the new one, it matched the old one perfectly. I would recommend this item to anyone who needs to replace theirs.

I was expecting the reed switch to be on the end of the socket and the third wire spring contact on the end of the plug, but when I opened each end I found these parts had to be carried over from the old parts. Luckily in my case my old parts were in good condition to be reused. When someone buys a complete plug and socket, they expect you to get 100% plug and socket. I still give 4 stars because I suspect the reed switch and 3rd wire spring contact can usually be reused. However if I needed it
