The original Toyota filter looks a bit heavier but is half the price and is made by Fram so I think they will work well becomes. Perfectly fits my Toyota RAV4 2020.

Although Amazon said it will fit, it will NOT FIT my 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. This filter is almost square. The RAV4 filter is rectangular, about two-thirds the width of this filter and an inch longer. Try the ECOGARD XA10586 instead, also available on Amazon.

I have been using FRAM filters on several vehicles for many years. For two "new" Toyota vehicles, they are definitely cheaper than buying from a dealer or having the "light" cars exchanged by the dealer. I stopped changing my own oil many years ago, but the engine air filter is too easy to spend $$$ on a do-it-yourselfer.
