Noctua NF-A12x15 PWM, Premium Slim 4-Pin Quiet Fan, Brown (120x15mm) Review

The latest version of the Mantiz Venus eGPU case (mid 2018) uses a not-so-quiet 120x15mm PWM fan. In that case, this Noctua fan is a great replacement for the stock fan. After the replacement, the system appears to be quieter, but the airflow remains just as good. I wish the Mantiz case was easier to take apart! Not only is it quiet and designed for use in places where a standard fan would not fit due to its thickness, it comes with a variety of cables to use depending on your overall configuration. I use this as the main exhaust fan in my build. In addition to this fan I have a NF-S12A as rear exhaust and two NF-A14 as front intake. Unlike traditional 120mm fans, the thinner NF-A12x15 can fit into Cooler Master Q300L's specified mounting points.
