Our part # NOGA-DB1005. Double burr sheet metal deburring tool with hand guard and ten N80 high speed steel blades. Simultaneously removes burrs from both. N80 high speed blade has a range of 0-12mm, 55Β° included angle and hardness 62-64Rc Unique round cutting blades can be rotated and reversed for long life. For corners, use one blade only.

Efficient Deburring Tools

According to my experience, these double blades have made deburring an easy and quick process. The blades are sharp and long-lasting, and have greatly reduced the time I spend on deburring tasks. The design is also comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver. The only downside is that it can be difficult to replace the blades.

I am currently using them. help .

I am currently using these to help me with the work of making both dibond edges. This saves me a lot of time doing one side instead of the other.

I asked my branch manager if we could get some.

I asked my warehouse manager if we could get some of these to speed up the deburring process. Just like we used to do when he refused I bought me. My shop has since bought one for every person there.
