Description of Nokian Tires Hakkapeliitta 9 SUV 235/55 R19 105T winter

NOKIAN HAKKAPELIITTA 9 - balanced grip, stability and wear resistance. The new Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 SUV studded winter tire from Nokian Tires has been developed specifically for SUVs. It is characterized by reliable grip and confident handling thanks to the most advanced stud technology in the industry and new developments from the group''s engineers. Balanced longitudinal and lateral grip ensures safe driving on ice, as well as in snow and slush. The patented Nokian Tires functional studding concept, which was successfully used for the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 passenger car tires, and the tread compound were further developed for the demanding off-road driving conditions. The technology of reinforced sidewalls using aramid fiber increases the wear resistance of the new product. Designed specifically for difficult climatic conditions, the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 SUV has a symmetrical and directional tread pattern and a given direction of rotation. Designed for better performance in variable weather, this design uses a wide distribution of studs to enhance traction and reduce noise. Achieving balanced grip is especially important for high-performance SUVs that are taller than conventional vehicles. The revolutionary studding concept involves the use of special studs in the central part of the tread and shoulder areas of the tire. Different studs in different parts of the tire act as an active safety system. Studs in the center of the tread maximize reliable longitudinal traction during acceleration and braking. The studs in the shoulder areas of the tire provide first-class lateral grip, which is especially needed when cornering on slippery surfaces. The edge of the stud will always capture the maximum area of the road surface, which increases the lateral grip. The edge of the wear element of the stud is beveled, which allows it to penetrate the ice even deeper than before. This can be felt by the improved traction on ice. Precise stud contact is achieved through the Eco Stud 9 concept. All studs are placed and positioned in a specific way thanks to a special studding technique using advanced technology. The placement of the spikes is optimized on the computer and adjusted to fit. The reliable grip of the new Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 SUV is also ensured by scaling the stud sizes for use on SUVs. Snow Grip Boosters on both sides of the center tread blocks create more edges to increase snow traction in both longitudinal and lateral directions. Aggressive Deep Snow Boosters in the shoulder areas provide additional traction in deep snow.

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

Auto Land Cruiser 200. Size 285/60 R18 SUV. Pressure on cold 2.3. Last season I rode Hakku 8 on the same car, so the comparison will be with her (Hakki 5 and 7 rolled on cars, so the comparison will not be correct). During the season I drove almost 20t. Km (October-April). The first 2t. Km I ran the tires very carefully. Without sharp starts, acceleration, braking, with smooth cornering. Through a thousand miles. I re-balanced the tires, rearranged them (further changing every 5t. Km) and by…

Pros
  • Excellent handling and excellent brakes on winter roads; quite good handling and brakes on dry and wet pavement, even at positive temperatures; does not feel a rut; relatively quiet; strong landing spikes; soft and comfortable
Cons
  • Insufficiently high cross-country ability, walks slightly on dry pavement, high price, comes across a factory defect (rubber cracking)

One of the best offers, glad I bought it.

I got it for a decent price, and while everything else about it is satisfactory, the Michelin star is obviously superior; it gives the impression that you are driving in the summer while equipped with summer tires. With its positives being: Gentle and reassuring in nature. Keeps lateral drift to a minimum. On the ice, you have good acceleration. Cons: The breaking can be odd at times and is not very instructive. The Michelin xice n4 has a louder engine than its predecessor. At any pace…

A little disappointed, a bad purchase.

No one cares about that stupid video. v=Z5C0IwvTqNA (starting at 2:30) The side skid I went into while turning at 30 km/h caused my car to spin around nearly 180 degrees and collide with the trunk lid of the truck. Collision on a flat road. It's obvious that when the Tiguan 4x4 started slipping, its brain switched to rear-wheel drive. I was hoping for a better bottle from tires for $12.3.

Pros
  • Guarantee from the Maker
Cons
  • Tires that make a lot of noise, poor cornering ability on wet snow, and no protection against skidding to the side.

Average quality, not an outstanding product.

I was able to evaluate the performance of this rubber on a Mercedes E 212. During the winter, I logged 33000 miles on the road. At first, I couldn't get enough of it, but then things changed abruptly, and it got so noisy on the highway that I always think that my hubs are buzzing, as well as any and all bearings that could be involved (((.It simply burrows in the soggy porridge, but my five hakapelita from before did not have this problem.

Pros
  • Maintains traction at high speeds on the racetrack, snow, and asphalt.
Cons
  • Extremely obnoxious, and its burrows resemble soggy porridge.

Product is unreliable, just don't buy it.

I made the decision to buy new tires at the end of the current season to replace my two-year-old Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 tires! When picking the top product Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9, I could not have ever imagined receiving low-quality tires because I trusted the quality of Nokian Tires' products. I'm driving a Subaru Forester SH 2022 with a set of Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 tires. I discovered damage to the tread base at the start of the second winter season in 2022/2022, with cracking all the way…

Pros
  • If tire reliability and quality are poor, tire performance CANNOT be overstated in the slightest! All four tires' bases have worn out simultaneously over the course of a year of typical urban use, but the bottom line is that THE BASE IS CRACKED! Who is curious about photo facts:? dl=0
Cons
  • The Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 SUV's quality cannot in any way rival that of the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8, whose service life was only 2.5 seasons. The leader in tire manufacture in 2022 cannot produce high-quality tires with base cracking between all sipes after a year of use!

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

With advantages: When purchasing a used car, I got it. any surface in winter rides like on rails. Quiet, with hardly little noise. Cost is a drawback. Because of the exorbitant price and my ignorance about the type of rubber, I probably would not have purchased it.
