Nolathane REV190 0044 Steering Pinion Bushing Review

It's been about a month and so far so good. The bushings fit perfectly on my 2002 LX470 without having to change the entire steering rack. I just swapped bushes.

Tightened the steering wheel. Now it works like a new truck. Pretty hard and complex setup with no unexpected tools. A medium sized clamp with the ability to tighten the bolts really helped. I also used a long bolt with washers and a nut to evenly push the bushing into the rack. The top halves are by far the most difficult. At least the U-bolt side is pretty simple.

Glad I bought this as I was doing a rack swap because I needed the largest part you see in the pictures. The stock strut had regular rubber bushings which I wanted to use, but after reading some websites I thought I'd use these since I ride off-road. I'm pretty good at making things work even when they don't seem to work, but I couldn't help it.
