It's citric acid, what more can I say

I've been looking for a best deal citric acid for small batches and looks like it's the right choice. It's citric acid, what more can I say? The only thing I would tweak is the packaging. The bags are resealable, but because there is so much finely crystalline citric acid between the sealing strips, they are difficult to seal. Still better than a non-resealable bag!

Better than Vinegar

Citric acid has many uses and is superior to vinegar (pH 3), it is a stronger acid (pH 2.2) and does not smell like vinegar. It is a preservative and imparts astringency to foods. When canning, use 1/4 teaspoon per pint. Make a Bath Bomb: Mix 2 ounces of citric acid with 4 ounces of baking soda, you can also add essential oils. Ideal for dehydrators

If you use a lot of citric acid, this is a great way to buy. I got it mainly to pre-treat fruits and vegetables that I dehydrate. from 1/4 tsp up to 1 tsp will do the job depending on how dehydrated I am so this bag will make a world of difference. I use my dehydrator a lot, so buying this pack is a lot more convenient than buying those little containers at the grocery store, some of which have extra ingredients I don't need.
