Installation takes approximately 20 minutes. Before you remove the cables, take a picture to make sure you connected the new one correctly. Turn off the power and remove the fuse in the converter box before beginning.

This was my OEM upgrade board. My fridge code blinked 4 times which means the circuit board is defective. Replaced it with this one and it works great now. Before you disconnect the old board, be sure to take a few photos to properly connect the new one. Pretty easy job.

In our five wheel fridge we found our food was either frozen or warm. Bought a thermometer and found it fluctuated between 25 and 55. Easy to install if you still have the old one connected. We removed one plug after the other and plugged in a new one. Take a picture of the old one installed only if you need to reference it. Simply that way. We saved $70 by not shopping at Camping World. It's easy to order this using the model number of the fridge. So glad we didn't take it. We were told that we would most likely need a new fridge. I started working right away.

Our Norcold fridge was not cooling properly and showed us a malfunction intermittently during the 2 month trip.
