🧥 The North Face Boys' Freedom Extreme Insulated Jacket: Stay Warm and Protected in Any Weather Review

I have already basically received the jacket as you can see in the picture. And my son had to use it anyway because I bought it especially for a ski trip. in this condition.

Bought for my 13 year old son for snowboarding/skiing. It's great, waterproof and warm without being bulky. I bought size XL for reference, it's 5'5 and 110 lbs. It suits him well with room to grow. His current North Face jacket was a size L, but I felt it fit him perfectly and he would soon outgrow it. I wanted it to hopefully still fit next winter!

My son who before buying a coat explained that he didn't need it because he was always hot. He went outside when a hooded coat or a heavy sweater was needed. Typical early to mid fall weather in New York City. He once told me that he was still cold when he wore the coat, so I don't know how warm this coat can be when it gets really cold. 😐 My son is 11 years old, 100 pounds, 4 inches 11 feet.
