I love the way the software runs, the way it renders images, the way it allows you to easily capture images and the way it has a wide variety of tools to edit images. I have been using this software for over 5 years now, when it was still called LightWave or Modo (I think). The thing that makes nova so special is its ability to run extremely well even in older computers without any issues at all! You can work just fine on very low end hardware like my old laptop from 2005-2006 which has an AMD Athlon processor, 1 GB RAM and only 128 MB video card - running lightwave made working as good if not better than today's most expensive PCs out there! As an artist I love working in 3D space. There are so many options for how you can create your art, and this software has allowed me to do that without having to learn any new software or programs. The ability to create complex models, in short turnaround time. I can build a model and render it out in around 10 hours. That's pretty good for such a large project. It is easy to setup new material types, lights, etc. You can also quickly change materials properties (like hardness) by pressing a button. I have not had any issues with Nova3d so far. I like that you can use this software for so many things, it's easy enough anyone could learn how too! The fact that there are tutorials everywhere is great because if something isn't clear or doesn't work right away they'll help guide you through what needs done next step by step until everything works well together as intended.
