Point & Shoot in Remote Controls and Accessories

I have an Insignia TV that is probably five years old. The original remote still works, but something is loose because you have to give it a good smack every time you want to use it. As others have said, no programming is required. I just took the batteries out of the old remote and put them in the new one and it worked right away.

First one star, now FIVE

I first bought this for our TV, it didn't work. But it was my fault for not reading what TVs it's compatible with. I have not returned or have resigned. A few months after our daughter moved here, she lost our granddaughter's TV remote. I have this remote and it turned the TV on in minutes! Great value for what I paid!

Dogs love it and no programming required

I am currently using the 3rd because my 1 year old shepherd destroyed the other two. But for the price I'm not mad. I'll buy a few more just in case, although I hope I don't forget to put the remote back away when not in use. At first I was concerned when I didn't see the instructions or the code list BUT. not necessary. I put the batteries in and the remote worked right away on my Insignia TV.

INCREDIBLE FIND. A+. A+A+

Well I got a free TV from work. It should be broken. Well after a little research I found out the problem. Now I have a working TV with no remote control. Well I bought this one and it worked as soon as I put batteries in it. I can't say that about many items I've purchased, but this is one of the best items I've ever purchased. The price is right. And instantly earned. Great find and purchase. Works on many Insignia models. Just look at your model number. Super happy

The remote fixed my TV

This may seem silly, but I wanted to replace my TV because it stopped responding to the original remote and manual commands. It stayed in Spanish even though I had changed the language to English several times. The other keys also worked sporadically. I don't know what made me order the remote control, but I'm glad I did. Oh my god! I just had back surgery and needed a remote control for the basic functions of an Insignia TV that my friend had for years without a remote control. Sure, I have a fire stick and I've only been using my TV app, but I had to keep pacing up and down in the middle of the night to adjust the volume or turn it on and off. It should work, but it doesn't.

The remote control was identical to the one that came with the Insignia TV I had. The original remote had a few buttons that didn't work like they were worn out. This remote that I bought worked flawlessly for about a month. The main buttons I used were fine at first, then one after another stopped working. It's like the insides of both remotes have dried out and just don't work anymore. I disassembled my original remote and cleaned the contacts following the instructions on YouTube. It helped…
