My son loved his birthday present!

I bought this for my son's birthday and he loved it. Sometimes these gyroscopes can get a little out of whack and not worth working on. Not this one! It glows brightly at night when you use it and everyone just sits and watches it work. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Nothing here

Gyroball Review in Exercise & Fitness

My son recommended it to me as I am a licensed massage therapist but he also hoped I would buy it for him as he is a gamer. I've done both and we're both very happy with it. I noticed an increase in hand, wrist and forearm strength and he mentioned stronger fingers with a different ball grip. Good investment for me.

Carpal Tunnel Care

I've been using this product and others like it for a year when I started struggling with carpal tunnel symptoms. Has helped restore a sense of strong grip, which can make a huge contribution to emotional and physical well-being. Just be careful not to overdo it or stress yourself out. As with all injuries, there is a fine line between overexertion and rehab.

Pros
  • Sleek Design
Cons
  • Wrinkled

Great Equipment

I now have 3 Gyro Gymnastic Balls - 2 NSD and 1 Force Ball. Both NSD balls are excellent devices with very well balanced gyros. The Force Ball is just a toy with sloppy tolerances and a poorly balanced gyroscope. The NSD can be taken apart for cleaning, while the Force Ball appears glued together. If you need something that you continue to use on a daily basis, I recommend NSD Spinners.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Requires Socket

As described. in Krafttrainingsgeräte

I've only had this product for a few days, but it has worked as described! I am a climbing addict and always looking for low injury grip, hand, wrist, ligament and forearm workouts. This product is incredibly easy to use (if you can't use a brake cable then you probably can't read either, so ignore this review) and works extremely well. If you love bouldering like me or do any type of arm endurance sport, I recommend this product.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • No effect

Love it and you get a great workout in .

I had a weakness in my arms (probably due to RA) and bought this to strengthen my arms. It takes some time to get used to using it. Once you start the spinner, you need to spin your wrist. It's all about timing, so it takes a little practice, but once you get the hang of it, you can control the resistance by rotating your wrist (fast, slow, large, or tight circles). .I love it and you get a great workout in a very short time without affecting your joints.

  • High Quality

If you write all day, you NEED this

This thing is intense. I took it because I work on the computer almost every day. I started to feel pain in my wrists, elbows and arms. There was fear of the carpell tunnel and I realized something had to be done. I started looking for hand strengthening devices to use during calls and such and came across this type of trainer. It took a few tries to figure out the right rotation. All I can say is let the ball tell you how fast to turn at the beginning. If the gyroscope is on the right side…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Clarity
