45BWD10 NSK Wheel Bearing, Pack of 1 Review

This bearing is Made in the USA. I replaced the front hub bearing on a Lexus RX400h with a Chinese made National bearing and it only lasted 57,000 miles. This NSK bearing seems to have better fitting quality and functionality and hence longer life compared to the Chinese bearing is expected.

I like the bearing itself and have used this brand before, no problem with the BEARING! BUT the hub I ordered to go with it, one hub fit perfectly and the other wasn't too big for the axle splines and I noticed this when reinstalling the steering knuckle, now I have to return them and if I disassemble I will damage the bearings to get my refund!😈🤬🤬🤬

I bought two of these wheel bearings thinking NSK was a legit company. So I asked the AAA service center to install them with two new hubs. Two days later it turned out that one of these was defective and hardly damaged my rotor. I'm not upset with the new rotors, I'm just upset that I now have to pay twice the labor and parts at local prices to fix a broken part. The other camp was fine by the way.

So far this bearing is working great and my car feels like a new car again, not a rattletrap but I think this bearing is a fake. The identification stamped on the stock (NSK,US and part number) was in a different order than the OEM part, it might just be how they identify the OEM vs the part but that's a bit revealing. Also, it wasn't very well polished and had some small nicks, nothing major but I expected the NSK to be well polished with no nicks. The way it was packaged for shipping also…
