Excellent tool! Great customer service

The ability to collect and store all of our data in one place has been a game changer for us. It's also great that they are continuously improving their product. We've realized some new features we would have never thought of otherwise. I think they could improve the UI/UX at times. But overall, it's excellent. They're constantly adding new features and collecting information from customers. If you can't solve your problem with the current version of the software, don't hesitate to upgrade. We…

Very helpful to keep track & organized

The tool allows us easily organize our pipeline of all projects in one place without having any manual work required or time wasted searching for information that has already been found by other team members! It was easy getting started with this software as it comes pre-configured but you can always make changes if needed (easey). There are some minor issues like how sometimes we get confused about which project belongs where due mainly because its not very intuitive when using nuget for first

I like that we have multiple ways of customizing our dashboards so as an organization gains more experience they can be provided with different tools for their reporting needs. There are times when one could get confused about which tool works best given there are too many choices available. Try it out if you haven't already! A very intuitive and straight forward tool to help analyse data and visualise trends. It has saved us loads of time and money in finding new ways to use data in business. A great tool to have in place for any business looking to get to grips with data. We love the ability to see key metrics such as average age, cost per lead and conversion rate over a period of time.
