Beautiful color and pattern. I have another rug from the same company/brand that seems thicker and plusher so I bought this one so I'm giving it one star. This one is definitely thinner. But the pattern and colors are nice, it cleans well and is in a higher traffic area. I needed something easier to care for than the thick fluff that was there before. Decent quality for the money. Arrived with no defects, packed in thick plastic. It's a bit more bluish than in the photos. So if you're looking for true gray, this might not be for you. I dont lie. Got another carpet for another room, this one feels scratchy in comparison and the new one fell apart in less than 24 hours. Having bought two more rugs for another room I found it very difficult to handle. It's so hard it seems it'll never lay flat. I bought a rug grab to go under because it's on a hardwood floor, but that doesn't even help right now. The color and design of the rug are nice, but the pile and flexibility of the rug leave a lot to be desired. In general a good serviceable rug for the money. I didn't expect anything extraordinary. This is not a thick rug, you will need a pillow to add some thickness. I ordered "Ivory", a cool ivory background with a light gray design. The background is well neutral, with no yellow cast, but colder neutral. The gray design tends towards a cool blue-grey. It reads like a cold neutral, not tinted at all. This worked for me. However I ordered what I thought would be 2 identical 2 x 3 rugs in ivory only…

The carpet is beautiful! The packaging was not very strong and had tears in the plastic, but the carpet was not damaged. It's an inch shorter than 12 feet and I had to cut the rug I have underneath. In the evening after unpacking, most of the dents were already gone. I can tell the ends don't stay bent for very long, but I move chairs and furniture around to hold them.
