Wrong size sent best to shoes

The box says the right size but the shoes inside were the wrong size. Very frustrating as I ordered them for an elderly person and exchange is difficult. The shoes themselves seemed good for the price, just the wrong size

Big mistake when ordering!

I ordered size 8.5 for my dad but got size 14! Also, the shoes weren't in the shoe box, just thrown in the packing box. Requested an exchange and got a size 14 again! I called and the rep said I ordered a size 14. I said my page says 8.5W so I returned it. Decided to try again and made it! It goes right into the cart but just before I hit the checkout button I noticed it said size 14! So check again, there is a big mistake!

Quality moccasins and loafers

These shoes appear to be well made. Good Velcro closures. I have bursitis so I need very wide shoes. I still had to use multiple stretchers to further expand these shoes. I haven't worn them often so I can't recommend their durability.

In terms of quality, design and durability, they are class leaders, period!
