Disappointed, the only reason I replaced my old Nutone 600 with a Nutone 700 is because of the old American made one. When I received the new device I was disappointed to see that it was made in China. Had I known I would have just bought the cheaper Chinese imitation that is also sold at Revain. Also, I found that the CT 700 didn't fit the old CT 600 grip, so I had to buy a new grip as well.

I bought a brand new system for my Nutone central vacuum system. ct700 replaced what had been standing for 14 years. So far in less than two years I've replaced the powerhead and switch on the vacuum hose and am currently troubleshooting the system again. This stuff is poorly designed and manufactured and I would appreciate if another brand would work with my system. Shame as I love the central vacuum and the original system has worked flawlessly for 14 years. CT700 is garbage.

I have had Nutone central vacuums and accessories in my home for 28 years. That replacement brush sucks. This has been giving me problems for two months. It "freezes" and power surges. It was never quite right. Unfortunately he is now six months old and I can't even complain. Having bought the Nuton for all these years I am completely shocked at the cheap construction and the fact that in less than six months it does not serve its purpose at all.

Very cheaply made. I've had two of these in less than 5 years. The first one that came with the original vacuum system was installed by our builder and the head only lasted about 2 years, the engine died from it. So I bought a new one here at Revain. Now, less than 3 years later, this one is broken. I've cleaned it, replaced the belt and brush, but I still can't get the brush to spin. Right now it's only good for sticks. I can no longer use the brush on my carpet because I refuse to buy another

Do not buy this vacuum cleaner! I've lived in my house for four years and changed three of these vacuum cleaner tips, two of which were under warranty (I've had them for less than a year) so Nu Tone was a pleasure to work with and they sent me new replacement tips that is also broken. I decided to buy it again because the rest of my central vacuum was Nu Tone and this time the head motor broke in less than two months! If you don't need a disposable vacuum, don't waste your money on this thing.

I bought it just over a month ago. We have carpet in two rooms and I cleaned it knowing it was new and if called to work it would work. So I got it to use the other day and it's dead! This is a huge improvement over my original 23 year old model. At first I was very frustrated that I had to buy a new tube and stick to use this new clubhead. My original gear was heavy, mostly metal, and still worked. The flexible tube at the base of the clubhead ruptured over time and I was unable to repair it. I've had a NuTone system at home for 15 years now and the old Powerhead doesn't seem to be working anymore.
