Originally purchased for home pre-workout preparation but also to help with focus/alertness/memory. This appears to be good quality but this is based on visual inspection only and the intended results. A very strong acidic taste, but I assume any Acetyl L-Carnitine will taste the same since it has no flavor. When mixed with an actual pre-workout I couldn't really taste it, but it's quite difficult to override the taste with anything else.
