Anyone who replaces this with the xc90 will know it's anything but 'easy to install' and there's no blame on the actual part. There was a tear at the top, but I was able to reuse the top from the old one. .Excellent value for money compared to the original part.

Let's face it if you agree with the OEM just go ahead. It is in order. I can trade this 4 times for what the OEM part costs. I wish I hadn't but it's worth the risk. By the way, break the fifth tab. Life is too short. No background noise, works great.

good: fan motor fits correctly (Volvo XC90). Poor performance: The squirrel cage has touched the motor shaft. It's a one piece injection molded part and it was pressed tight against the shaft (which is good) so I didn't want to make it any worse. I sunbathe with a fan and the fan doesn't seem to make any noise. For the price of this device I will not completely beat it. If the device fails due to an imbalance, I will come back and let everyone know. I don't have time to return it (I need AC) so
