Nut with flower head.

I have been looking for this socket in our store for a long time. Finally you find it as expected and described. Suitable for flower head nut.

Pros
  • Has a red protective sleeve around the bushing to prevent scratches and damage to the wheels during servicing. This socket is specially designed for specific Mercedes "flower head" nuts only. NOT for standard hex nuts or lock nuts.

Ideal for ML 400 cap nuts

My local mechanic didn't have this head for Mercedes so I bought it for a tire change. It worked seamlessly with OEM flower head nuts. I keep it in my glove box for later use in case I need to change a tire myself!

Socket wrench for Mercedes Benz S series

I am a Mercedes Benz technician working for a dealer. Worked perfectly. All tools with 17mm sockets will fit wheel bolts with this sprocket on new Mercedes S Class vehicles. But this tool will not damage the thin chrome cover on all wheel bolts on Mercedes models with OEM factory star wheel bolts. Very happy with the purchase. I will recommend. especially if you work with Mercedes cars.
