I think they are better than the cracked mirror I had but the quality is not comparable to the factory mirrors. The passenger mirror sits at an odd angle when bolted to the truck.

These mirrors are awesome! Installation was very easy and quick. There were literally 6 screws total, 3 on each side, and you were done. They have virtually no blind spots and make the truck look amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants the best view out of their mirrors.

Terrible customer service. It does not close at the top, which means that water can penetrate the electronics. Terrible angle, as opposed to a straight line. Terribly bad product. Due to unforeseen circumstances I missed returning from the Dow so the money was wasted. I'm not putting that crap on my truck.

Perfect fit, motors work well, only shakes so much when driving on the road, hard to see cars behind, only blurred outlines. I wouldn't buy them again for that reason alone, but I guess that's what $100 mirrors do. The factory mirrors are 4x larger, so I think it's a compromise.

I LOVE mirrors. A bit of jerking when driving, but not critical. Also, every mirror arrived with scratches and the driver's mirror was worn out, but honestly I don't care. I really love the packaging, it's just that I may have had some mirrors sent back. They otherwise worked great as they are electric mirrors and installation couldn't have been simpler. 10/10 would order again.

They came out of the box with no power or heating features. I assumed it was a glitch with my truck but I have since bought a new truck and replaced those mirrors with this one and mirrors of his on an old truck. The old truck's original mirrors work fine, but the new truck's mirrors are dead as a doornail. Physically they're reasonably well made and they do a good job with unheated handheld mirrors for towing, but that's not what I bought.

Replaced my small OEM power mirrors on my 2002 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Each side installs in 5 minutes or less and plugs directly into OEM connectors. Factory mirrors work great. BONUS: I ordered a heated or defrosted option even though my OEM mirrors were not heated. However, the OEM rear view mirror caps for my trucks came pre-wired with heater/defrost and wired perfectly. The defrost button turns on the glass and mirror defrosters. AMAZING BONUS FEATURE

The price-performance ratio is unbeatable! They were very easy to install on the '99 Silverado with only 3 nuts per mirror. Straight wire harness for power/heating and they look great! I have a slight wobble in the passenger side mirror at higher speeds, but the bottom of the passenger side and the top and bottom of the driver's side are all solid at highway speeds. This is a huge improvement in your field of vision when towing a boat or trailer. Real glass mirrors, not cheap crooked mirrors.
