Cleaning is a bit painful

We use them for toffee, great for the end product, but when used on forms it forms a sticky, sticky mass in heavy duty detergents I recommend plain hot water and air drying.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings about it, everything is fine

Not shiny or durable

I used this once and the silicone came off when exposed to heat. I also didn't like that the picture looked glossy and when I got it it got a matte finish.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Perfect for caramel!

Perfect size for chocolate dipped caramel. The other shapes I used were too big. It was right. And it's easy to clean. I have also used Truffly molds which are thicker silicone and this mold is more flexible. It works well and is inexpensive.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Unsure

Fantastic product for making caramel!

I used them to make caramel for Christmas and they were awesome! I didn't grease them like some recipes suggested and they popped out right away! The cleaning was completely problem-free. Put them in my dishwasher and that's it. I'll probably buy a third as two wasn't enough for the amount of caramel I make.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great shape for candy. for candy making supplies

Easy to clean and works well with lollipops. Making lollipops in these molds eliminates the need to cover them with butter or powdered sugar, and the lollipops pop out easily as they cool. They make a good piece of about 1 inch x 1 inch x 1/2 inch. The mold contains a standard batch of candies with small leftovers (2 C sugar, 3/4 C water, 2/3 C corn syrup).

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Some cons

Can be improved a little

I like the size of the holes. Great for caramel. I didn't like that the caramels didn't "pop out" cleanly. I didn't like that I had to spray the mat to separate the caramel. I have a similar large hole rug that works great except the squares are too big. These rugs (I bought two) seem to be thinner than my old rug.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Perfect for Homemade Caramel

This saves my husband the hassle of slicing my homemade caramel which is huge! They are a bit pricey as I had to buy 3 at once but it will be ok in the long run. The quality is good and it's great to have the same sized candies to wrap. The oil in caramels leaves a white film on it, but it's fairly easy to wipe off. It took us a few tries to find the best way to fill them in, but a straight-edged metal spatula works great.

Pros
  • A Dream Come True
Cons
  • Secret
