Defective product returned for credit

Sloppy workmanship and impossible to equalize. There is no certainty that he will not fly off my plane. Poorly done overall, and for this use case, that makes it dangerous. Returned on credit.

Light Steel

I received it and put a grinder on my bench to grind the failed Harbourfreight.As I tightened the nut holding the wheel to the shaft I noticed that the new steel flange was bending.I held the stone wheel in my left hand to keep it from turning while I tightened the nut, so there isn't much torque on this bike.
