I had to order arm pillows because my elbows are sore from the filling being shot through. The instructions say to install the wheels first, do that if you want them to roll while you try to assemble everything else. I've been using this chair for about a week now. The first impression is good. I am very happy with the quality for this money. I find the design and color appealing. It's comfortable to sit in even after a full day of gaming or intense surfing sessions. My only complaints relate to the assembly, which I found quite annoying. Partly because one of the screw holes wasn't drilled into the plastic. I was able to knock out and remove a thin piece of material covering everything. Updated 01/15/2021.

The product seems to be quite strong but one of the armrests has become very weak. After removing the lever (uninstalled version), loosen the nut on the back of the part that rotates up and down. It seems to be working again now, but if it comes loose again I'll add a lock washer or nut to keep it from turning easily. This chair is amazingly comfortable. I had to replace my nearly 10 year old worn captain's chair. This chair sold for under $100 so I took a bite. Assembly went smoothly until I had to screw the armrests to the seat and backrest. No matter how hard I tried, one screw was so misaligned that it just wasn't seated properly.
