First, no installation instructions are included. You'll have to rip a few wires out of the old bracket or get new ones. This is the first light I've ever bought that didn't come with pigtails. When first unpacked, the plastic lid feels cheap and the overall diameter is quite small. If you leave the light switch on and turn it off via the app, it still lights up very weakly (see picture). I have it set via the smart life app to have low brightness at dusk, high brightness 3 hours after sunrise and turn off at my conservative time (live in az) and as normal lighting until 10pm. Good. So after three or so months. The light is pretty good, it's got a nice bright white light and when changing colors it's pretty damn accurate. Although the BIGGEST problem has to be that it keeps turning off even when connected to a phone or smart home device. This also applies if you turn off the light with a wall switch; It got disconnected and won't reconnect to WiFi or your phone.
