These are a true brushed brass look. They are so nice. I love the rain head and I didn’t want one in the middle of the shower so thought I’d give these a shot and so glad I did. The hand held is great as well! My only complaint would be that you need to seal the plate because water gets behind it and it needs a rubber seal. They photoshopped out the logo that's dead center on the hot/cold lever. I was specifically looking for a shower system without a logo so chose this one.Some parts are cheap plastic, like the hand sprayer.This is one of those items you get and feel you completely got ripped off. I have no idea how the ratings are compiled, this should never be purchased.

Unless you are an experienced plumber/contractor, this isn't a good choice. The unit is difficult to install, especially if you are installing this as a replacement unit and the wall is already tiled. We’ve had this installed for a month so far. We love it! My only complaint is that I wish the water pressure in the wand was a little more. I was hoping it would be closer to a massaging shower head with pressure. And maybe there’s a limiter and we just didn’t remove it. The rainfall shower head is so relaxing. Just wish the wand had more pressure.

I absolutely love this and I get so many compliments on it. It totally tied in my light fixtures and vanity faucet. I typically go with delta or kohler fixtures but I absolutely love this one. Defective product, mixer did not work and as a result faucet could not be installed, total waste of money. Item is basically trash and the worst part is that I cannot get my money back . I want a refund!

this lousy product leaked after installation due to a defect. now I have to pay my plumber more money to remove it and reinstall something else. Cheaply made and has cost me more money than if I'd bought a more expensive product.

I didn’t know who I could contact I purchased this item and I missing the part where attaches the showerhead I have the pole and the showerhead but the part that attach showerhead is not in box. Please help.
