The best feature is that it can detect all kinds of malware, such as viruses, Trojans etc. It also has an option to delete them from your computer system completely. I don't like its UI interface very much because there are so many options which makes finding what you want difficult sometimes. I like that it is easy to use, very intuitive, has great support for all of our devices (including iOS). It's not perfect but we are working towards getting everything supported so when something does go wrong there will be an answer! Very easy to install, works flawlessly with my existing network devices/devices that already have SNMP agents installed! I wish there was an option for custom alerts but it is probably not possible since this product has been around so long (since 2006). Nothing really as far as complaints go - just continue using OODetect until you find something better if one exists out their in public domain or available via open source project development process etc..
