Charge 5 cents more and give directions

Asked too much for directions? It's aluminum and was eventually assembled after I figured out where the thermal pads were hanging, but it took a few hours or fiddling. That wonderful thing called paper can be attached with pictures on it to see how it fits together, why there are two types of screws, and the best way to use thermal pads.

Pros
  • Nice touch
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Nice case Computer components

I don't really like thermal pads. The fans are loud and noticeable at 2 feet or lower, which is annoying when using it as a desktop. There aren't many fins directly above the CPU either, instead there is only one fan. It's not a big deal due to thermal mass, but I'd still like to see the fans move and push air through the tight fin pack above the CPU in the next iteration. included driver. Pay attention to the thickness of the screw head: four thick for the case and eight thin for the fans…

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • No insurance

Adequate Computers and Accessories

This is a large heatsink cover with two fans that do not blow directly onto the board, but rather dissipate the heat that the cover collects. I actually like the design and so far so good, although the whole device was pretty warm at least once, but I've been running my Pi pretty hard so that's to be expected.

Pros
  • Finally Bought
Cons
  • Volume

Decent cooling, can warp if not careful

The product was easy to install but if you are not careful how tight you tighten the back screws your PI 4's circuit board may warp e.g The thickness of the thermal pads sit on top of the chips. There should be enough tightness to allow the radiators to work without over tightening, be aware. My temperatures aren't dropping as much as I'd like, but I wasn't expecting much from a passive cooler in the first place. My PI use case required minimal cooling and I didn't want to mess around with tiny

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Cools and keeps a low temperature! Sometimes the fan makes noise.

The overall quality of the case is pretty good! Depending on the angle of the case, the fans make some noise. If I had to buy again I would try a passive heatsink as I tried turning the fans off and didn't see much temperature rise. Expect temperatures in the range of 40-50°C, depending on the load and the ambient temperature.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Works cool enough for a headless device - camera and GPIO access

I run my Pi 4B headless and this fanless case seems to keep it in a low 40C. There is good access to the GPIO pins. Enough slot for camera cable. But I don't think you want to connect the camera cable after the case is assembled. There is no space to lift the cable holder. So decide beforehand whether you want to use the camera. Although I have to say they were good enough to include two sets of thermal pads! So you can open it if you change your mind. This is a good option for an experimental…

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Crumpled
