    Not Cermaic – false advertising

    So far I like this brush. I've seen reviews saying it's not for blow dryer use and as I really like this brush I won't risk testing it. If advertised correctly, it would be a passable brush. Disadvantages: • No ceramic at all. It's a weak, hollow plastic. • Looks like it might break if you drop it. • The comb tool is too thick and blunt to use. • The bristles are very thin and bend very easily. • Probably useless if heated.     Incredibly disappointed with the vented brush

    I have 3 1/2 foot thick wavy hair and I take my hairbrushes very seriously. I usually buy cheaper brushes that I know from personal experience work well.     I can't rate this flat brush low enough. The chemicals released from the latex rubber caused my scalp to become allergic and I LOSED MORE THAN HALF THE HAIR in a few months.     So I ordered this brush after a long and sometimes excruciatingly difficult search for an "uncurved" (ie basic blade shape / curved along 1 axis only) vented paddle brush.
