Pound Sand Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube in Grant's Pass OR ripped off the head of the oil pan drain plug and then wanted to charge me an extra fee for removal. No way, bought and they came out right away so Jiffy Lube from Grants Pass you can bang the sand!

Very high quality as expected

I bought these with high expectations as I have always received quality tools from Olsa. These keys are no exception. The finishes are premium and those keys feel solid. I tested them on some round nuts on my truck and they grabbed them with ease. I believe they will stand up to heavy use and abuse.

Works well as long as the bolt is not fully rounded, fits in tight spaces.

Pan head screw will not pull out. However, they do a good job as long as there is some material in there. Or, better yet, use them on bolts you think will slip before you even round them. That helps keep your head. The heads are nice and compact and I can get them to fit in and around the exhaust manifold where nothing else will. The instruments appear to be well made and polished to a high gloss.

Interesting holding concept.

It's getting harder and harder to find these offset wrenches around here. I didn't notice it in the description of these buttons, but it's an intuitive concept that seems to work so well. Instead of 6 or 12 points like many have, they have flat wedges that actually grip the point and part of the side of the nut/bolt that they are exposed to. This is good for avoiding rounding. I haven't tried the rounded object yet to see if it needs sanding/sanding to get a smooth surface, but it should be…

The teeth are not sharp enough for the round bolt I have

I soaked the screw in WD-40 overnight before trying to remove it, but it didn't work. Incidentally, the screw is the original screw that held the hood latch on a 1969 Dodge Dart. The extractor's teeth just aren't high enough or sharp enough to bite into or sink into the rounded edge of this infamous 52-year-old bolt. I've also tried using attachments designed to salvage such corrupted items. Do nothing! Perhaps because the culprit is in a confined space and the nest was too big. I was able to…
