Works very well for what I need it for. It attaches to my turtle shell and can be adjusted as needed or needed. The price is good and the quality seems good.

Less than 3 months later the lamp just stopped working. I thought it was the lightbulb but it still didn't work when I put in a new one. Upon closer inspection, I realize that the wiring is completely burned out! He did his job even though he REALLY worked. that's it.

The arm keeps bending even though I check to be sure it's secure. Twice the hand turned down and the attached heating lamp burned the wooden roof of our turtle house! Good that we were at home, otherwise there would have been a fire! We need to find another lamp holder.

Arrived very badly disassembled on delivery, nothing above 25 watts worked and radiant heaters didn't work. After about half an hour, the unplugged lamp began to smoke. This lamp is junk and should not be on the market. it would be nice if i got my money back. I do not recommend this lamp.

I literally just opened the product up and am trying to secure it to the side of the box turtle's shell and it slides down to the nest. The clamp is too weak to support the socket. Not only that, my lamp came in an open zippered pouch and the switch was in the on position. I'm pretty sure I got a used product when I bought it new.

Stops working after 24 hours. I'm so mad at this. We used it for our praying mantis that needed warmth and it would have been perfect for our needs but it stopped working, we plugged it back in but the next night it stopped working and eventually it wouldn't turn on at all . That's why we lost our praying mantis, he died and I really can't forgive that.

We thought the packaging could have been a little better but luckily it arrived intact. Although the postman literally put it in my mailbox. (Therefore the packaging should be better) Otherwise the lamp itself is very good. Much better than the ones we used before. He was taller than I expected but still slimmer and prettier than the big shad we had before.

It may seem an unusual use of the product but I used it to protect outdoor water pipes from freezing! I used a bulb on a clamp lamp attached to an external faucet (with a trash can mounted above) but the bulbs burned out too quickly! The old trick keeps the water pipes from freezing! I researched this product and several ceramic incandescent bulbs and found that they put out the same amount of heat as a 50 watt incandescent bulb but lasted much longer!
