I didn't install the rear ones due to 40 year old bolts on the jeep and current workers - not worth a cosmetic upgrade. The suspenders were exact replicas of the originals, highly recommended - swapping out the fronts worked great.
Very soft screws. I snapped it into place with a hand ratchet and put the project aside for the time it took to find new braces. I would only consider this temporary/emergency use as each of these bolts essentially holds the rear suspension and most of the car's weight.
