Great filter! Takes a long time.

I used to buy regular in-line filters from Home Depot or Lowes which said they would last 5 years but barely 6 months. This little filter blows them out.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Good but not great

A good buy needs 1 piece, you don't have it.

Works but I had to go to Lowes to get an adapter that screws into the filter and then you push the hose in until it snaps into place. Also use teflon tape. I forgot and it dripped. It's been a few months now and it's good.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Not the best

Worked great! - Plumbing for kitchen and bathroom

Replacing this filter is perhaps the most important of all filters. It has an insert with a 3/8 internal thread. You still need an app to use it. Just take the old one. This was the last filter I had to install and it made a huge difference in the taste of pure water.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Suitable for water filtration and softening

This is the last filter on my RO system. On the one hand, I had to tape the adapter with Teflon tape to stop the leak from the poor fit; the first time (I change them every six months). DRAIN THE FIRST QUARTER INTO A BUCKET ABOUT to rid the line of process contaminants before adding water to your system.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Great Dishwasher Filter

I've used built-in water filters in my dishwasher for years and Omnipure make quality products that are affordable. Just make sure you know the FPT (female pipe thread) size before ordering. Ribbon, 1/2" x 1429", blue.

Pros
  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • Not Automatic

Wrong filter label, wrong filter

I pre-purchased the filter and only found out it had the wrong label a year after purchase and can't return it. The label says CL10ROT33-B (1/4"), but it's actually CL10ROT33-A (1/8"). I have uploaded photos showing the old filter that I removed and the replacement. They have the same item numbers and markings, but different fitting sizes. I contacted Omnipure and they said they are not responsible because they sell to suppliers and the suppliers do what they want. And they said that there are…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
