Does exactly what it should. Good quality shirt.

I bought it to use for a week during the last hot weather in Mexico. I think he played very well. I also liked how the wet shirt stayed cool after getting out of the water until dry. This saved me from sunscreen as I no longer wear it on my chest. This shirt is a little small for me; I usually wear a 40's t-shirt and buy a large size. It works, but a little more would make it easier to remove a wet shirt from a rash I think.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I will be silent

Fits well and protects me from too much sun (UPF 50)

Love the style and color for the water - it's a personal choice. Size - I'm 5'10" and 215 pounds and it's a slim X-Large fit. These shirts are designed to fit snugly so you don't have to swim through friction, and that's how they fit. I wear things a bit loose due to my weight, so I felt a little uncomfortable at home. .When I'm in the water, I feel just right. If I want to look good in these shirts I gotta put down a beer and go to the gym - where's my beer?

DO NOT put sunscreen on this shirt - Constantly wrinkled

Received the shirt and immediately put sunscreen on it over my back and chest. Remnants of sunscreen got onto the shirt, causing it to wrinkle a little. After two washes, the shirt remains wrinkled where it touched the sunscreen. Not happy with how this shirt reacted to sunscreen. Obviously it has to be worn with sunscreen on hands, face etc - so seems like poor quality or poor planning. The material is soft to the touch but wouldn't buy again due to the creases - that was after 5 minutes of…

Classic O'Neill Surfware

This shirt is exactly as advertised. I have used O'Neill products for many years and the overall quality has almost always been top notch. The shirt adapts to your body, especially when wet. The elastane/nylon material used in the shirt is heavier than the polyester/spandex that O'Neill uses in its "hybrid" shirts. Both types of shirts are said to be slim fit, but the hybrid shirts are definitely looser. Built for heavy use, this shirt is excellent at blocking UV rays when you're in the water…

  • Absolute Legend

  • Great Price
