I like that you can easily put your own logo or design, it's not as expensive for small businesses compared to other programs out there (like Microsoft Office). I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service support if needed as well! We have been able solve many issues with this software in just minutes or hours instead weeks/months we would be spending otherwise solving these problems ourselves!! Would love for them improve their mobile app also so you can access your account from anywhere at anytime without having an internet connection available - however they are working towards getting one out soon which will make our lives easier even
