Great experience having an account for Open ABT

The ability of being able to track tickets easily from my smartphone is great! I also love that it helps me keep organized with all our different train trips throughout out year in one place instead or spread between two apps (openABt & Google calendar). It can be confusing at first when you are looking up how things work but once figured everything works well enough its not anything bad about this app anymore!! Not much as we have had no issues so far other than getting used ot using open…

  • Ability for users who aren't tech savvy
  • Easy wayto create schedules/trips without having accesss too many devices.
  • Easeof use, simple layout even though there's alot goingon behind scenes makingit run smoothly still easy tho
  • Great customer service / support teamif something goes wrong

OpenABT has helped us develop a more efficient way to process ticket sales within our agency. It allows us to manage our inventory better and allocate tickets to the right locations. Our clients love the ease of use and flexibility that we now have. In addition, the app is designed so that any type of agency can purchase a pass without having to worry about specific software requirements. The app has allowed us to simplify our processes while increasing efficiency and making ticket distribution
