OpenMarket has been great! They are proactive in keeping us informed about any problems and are very responsive when asked for assistance.

They have made it easy for us to move over from a local SMS provider and they offer a great service at a competitive price. I was having trouble getting my mobile number ported over so they were really helpful. Their customer service department is excellent - always there if you call them, even though your issue may require an engineer or someone else's help. Great product and service.

Pros
  • Easy integration with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint; we also use Google Apps for business internally.
  • Support staff is prompt and knowledgeable.
Cons
  • If you use that format, please don't bother contacting us
  • Has good pricing but the rates increase significantly if you go over 2
