Very intuitive and simple to learn platform

The ease of use, it's user friendly interface which makes managing assets easy for our organization! I really like that you can connect with other users in your office or across multiple offices from anywhere using this tool as well. Not much at all dislike about optiaam but maybe some people would prefer more options when looking through their inventory list such as being able view pictures instead just numbers? Excellent asset management solution especially designed to meet requirements by non technical user

I like that it's easy for my team members who are not computer savvy or tech-savvy at all, they can use this software without any training required! It also allows me as their manager track inventory in real time with ease through its GPS tracking feature which helps us manage our assets more effectively than ever before!! Also love how simple yet effective reporting tools make analyzing results of projects easier too. Nothing so far but i'm sure there will be once we actually start using…

  • Easy accessability by anyone regardless skill level/computer knowledge needed
  • Multiple options available within system suchas asset location management / geo fencing + mobile device scanning (for better security)
  • Reporting capabilities along wth data analytics capability via excel files.
  • Realtime updates provided while working remotely

Using CloudSuite is simple and easy

The ease of use, ability for users with different experience levels to access it in order to make necessary changes without having to go through multiple people - this has been key given how many employees we have at our organization who are not necessarily technical experts.
